Cloud Engineer

As a Cloud Engineer (M365 & Azure), you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our cloud solutions are efficient and secure. Key Tasks: Optimize, administer, and develop the entire M365 suite. Lead the introduction, design, and implementation of new M365 services such as Teams for the entire organization. Develop and establish governance for Microsoft SaaS services. Act as deputy for the Senior System Engineer in the OnPremise environment, overseeing 200 servers across three hypervisors in IT and OT. Participate in IT on-call services and IT service management including change, problem, and incident management. Support employees and the IT security team. Define and create checklists, work instructions, and document processes. Execute system adjustments (users, roles, permissions, etc.). Document and monitor the cloud landscape. Requirements: Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (Informatiker/in EFZ) or equivalent practical experience. Certifications in Microsoft Cloud Services are advantageous. Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. ITIL certification and experience with ITSM tools preferred. Passion for developing IT solutions and driving change.
