The Role: Take part in the biggest merger in Switzerland`s history Cover the operational and processing aspects Perform formality checks and adjustments of mandates Contact different front office teams in case of incomplete or incorrect formalities and ensure completion and correctness Manage standard operating procedures with highest quality standards Your Expertise: Business education/diploma, with financial focus as an advantage Fluent in English and German with excellent written skills Ability and technical understanding to quickly learn and adapt to different tools Resilient and able to perform under pressure Solution-oriented way of thinking (keen to deliver highest level of quality services) Responsible and conscious of risks. Attention to quality and client satisfaction is imperative Solid experience with MS Office
