Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the integration of new exchanges, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality. Work with exchange partners and third-party vendors to set up and maintain API connections. Create custom solutions and tools to automate exchange integration and improve trading operations. Test and validate exchange integrations, including order execution, order book management, and trade settlement, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance. Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance trading efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, product managers, and compliance officers, to prioritize and complete integration projects on schedule and within budget. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience with exchange APIs and protocols, with a strong grasp of order execution, market data, and trade lifecycle management. Practical experience integrating digital asset exchanges into trading platforms, including API authentication, data normalization, and error handling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go for scripting and automation. Previous experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Education & Experience: Over 7 years of experience in Finance. Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
