Investor Relations Associate

About the job: A well-established and growing global asset management firm is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Investor Relations Associate to join its team in Zug, Switzerland. The firm specialises in short-term private debt strategies across Europe, Asia, and North America operating across multiple jurisdictions globally. About the role: The role is a combination of investor relations and business development responsibilities. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to support fundraising efforts, manage investor communications, and actively drive new business development across key regions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and engage new clients & investors through cold calling, meetings, and networking events Organise and attend investor meetings and roadshows. Support the preparation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and fund updates. Coordinate investor communications and respond to inquiries. Schedule and manage regional investor agendas. Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders. About You: 2+ years of experience in Investor Relations or fundraising within asset management or private markets. 2+ years of business development experience, ideally with institutional investors Proven experience covering or fundraising in Germany or the UK.
