The Lead C&Q CUP & Grey Utilities manages commissioning and qualification activities for Central Utility Plant (CUP) and non-GMP (grey) utility systems (e.g., chilled water, steam, compressed air, waste systems) supporting biopharmaceutical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop C&Q strategies and protocols for CUP and grey utilities.
- Oversee execution, troubleshooting, and validation of CUP systems.
- Collaborate with construction, operations, and engineering teams.
- Ensure all systems meet safety, performance, and reliability standards.
- Maintain thorough records and compliance documentation.
- Address technical challenges and provide engineering solutions.
- Mentor and coordinate with the utilities C&Q team.
- Track and report progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Extensive experience commissioning CUP and building utility systems.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and engineering standards.
