The Safety/LOTO Manager is responsible for implementing and managing workplace safety programs, with a focus on equipment energy isolation (LOTO) in compliance with pharmaceutical industry safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce LOTO procedures and overall workplace safety standards.
- Conduct safety risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Lead safety trainings, emergency response drills, and LOTO education sessions for staff.
- Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices and hazard mitigation.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in industrial or pharmaceutical safety management, including LOTO program oversight.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and LOTO practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
