You will be involved and significantly contribute to the RFQ/RFP process to create proposals with successful bids for project execution. You will contribute to theb Solution Project Delivery Department /b as a key leader to the growth of the Switzerland and Germany region. /ph3Your Responsibilities: /h3ulliProvide oversight and leadership for all managed service project delivery for the Switzerland and Germany. /liliEnsure that the Group's strategy and related objectives, standards and best practices are effectively and systematically implemented. /liliContribute significantly, ensuring full compliance with the bid submission process, including all necessary reviews (GNG, BNB, Finance, Legal) /liliOversee all results-commitment project delivery for managed services, including active sponsorship. /liliTake ownership for all aspects of programme management (Governance, risks and opportunities, project recovery, quality assurance, profitability, skills development, etc.) /liliDevelop and improve the knowledge Management in terms of Project Management and interaction with PMOs. /liliBe a key leader in the growth and leadership of the region within Efor Group. /liliProvide inputs to resourcing for projects and provide mentoring and coaching to the CQ project Managers. /li /ulh3Your Qualifications Experience: /h3ulliBachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferably an advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Management. /lili12 years of project management CQ experience including the ability to demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects including Profit Loss, or a Cost or Profit Centre, Business Unit etc. /liliAbility to manage / oversee multiple large cross-sector CQ/CSV projects (multiple customers and technologies) /liliProject Delivery CQ Knowledge /liliExperience in mentoring coaching team leads and managers. /liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. /liliExceptional stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. /li /ulpbThis is a hybrid role. /b /ppbOnly applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered. /b /ppbDo you want to join a dynamic and ambitious company?
