To strengthen our German team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys identifying top talent, building long-term relationships and supporting the continued growth of our business in Germany.
Your Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer management and contract signing.
Recruit highly qualified engineers, scientists and Life Sciences professionals for projects across Germany and the DACH region.
Active Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
Identify and approach candidates via Linked In Recruiter, job boards and professional networks.
Conduct first interviews and evaluate candidates regarding technical background, motivation and project fit.
Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pipeline.
Talent Pool & Market Intelligence
Develop and maintain a sustainable candidate pool for future recruitment needs.
Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability to support recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding & Brand Awareness
Support EFOR's visibility and employer branding activities within the German Life Sciences market.
Represent EFOR professionally throughout the entire candidate journey.
Business Partnership
Work closely with Business Managers and Technical Managers to understand project requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Support business growth by identifying suitable talent for current and future projects.
HR & Administrative Support
Support onboarding activities and administrative HR processes when required.
Assist with local HR initiatives and internal projects.
What we're looking for
Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally within Engineering, Consulting or Life Sciences.
Experience with Active Sourcing (Linked In Recruiter is a strong advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to contribute to a growing organization.
Interest in technical profiles and willingness to learn about Life Sciences projects.
Fluent English is mandatory; German is recommended, and French is a plus.
