Your mission

If you are self-motivated and enjoy working independently, you will be a great addition to our well-established and open-minded team. During a 12-month program, you will explore various topics along the sales value chain and online lead generation. We believe active participation fosters mutual understanding, so you will be involved from the start and have opportunities to take on responsibility. If you\’re interested in gaining insights and opportunities, this Trainee (m / f / d) Sales & Marketing Manager Belgium position is ideal for you.

Your scope

1. Become a Sales Pro: manage the entire cycle from prospecting to proposals and closing deals.
2. Learn to generate qualified outbound leads by promoting eGENTIC\’s services.
3. Approach new clients using networking, cold calling, and engaging with key decision-makers across industries.
4. Research essential company information for business initiation.
5. Utilize Salesforce as CRM to maintain and create leads and opportunities.
6. Achieve individual targets related to contact rates and follow-ups for new business.
7. Optimize lead funnels in online marketing for lead generation.
8. Manage your own client portfolio, focusing on retention and growth.
9. Meet or exceed KPIs issued to you.
10. Stay informed about market trends.
11. Participate in regular face-to-face team meetings and presentations.

Your profile

1. Initial experience in sales/business development is a plus, especially in online marketing, call center software, B2B software, or lead generation.
2. Creativity, technical understanding, and analytical thinking.
3. Ability to start effectively (\’hit the ground running\‘).
4. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, time management, and organizational skills.
5. Willingness to travel frequently.
6. Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English.
