• Establishing and Further Developing the Field of Artificial Intelligence at egf—From Strategy to Practical Implementation
• Development of a company-wide or group-wide AI strategy and roadmap in close coordination with senior management
• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing meaningful AI use cases that deliver tangible value to the company
• Initiating and supporting AI projects, as well as selecting and implementing appropriate AI tools and technologies
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency improvements
• Primary point of contact for AI-related questions and support for the company-wide rollout
• Development and delivery of practical training courses and workshops for employees and managers
• Contribute to the digitization and ongoing improvement of business and operational processes

• Substantial practical experience in the field of artificial intelligence, particularly with generative AI and current AI tools
