Overview
Join our AI Transformation Team in our Headquarter in Munich to drive AI adoption across EGYM.
This role sits at the intersection of AI and business.
You own the enablement engine that turns AI from a buzzword into working tools that departments use every day, combining workshop facilitation, use case discovery, hands‑on prototyping, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Workshop Design and
Facilitation: Support AI workshops end to end with department teams, from pain‑point discovery through agent identification to prototype validation, and lead the room rather than support it.
- Use Case and
- Agent
Discovery: Partner with department champions to identify, document, and prioritize domain‑specific AI agents, and build the light business case that decides what gets built.
- Hands‑On
Prototyping: Build and test AI agent prototypes on low‑code platforms such as Dataleap and n8n, set the quality bar, and hand the validated ones to engineering for production.
- Knowledge Sharing: Drive sharing of reusable skills, prompts, and best practices across teams, curating a living library so wins in one department spread quickly to the rest.
- Content and Playbook Creation: Own the EGYM AI Playbook, including internal Notion page, guides, prompt libraries, and best‑practice docs that help teams master AI tools.
- Champions
- Network
Leadership: Run and scale the AI Champions community within departments and across departments, including hosting meetings, progress tracking, curated best practices, and the Slack channel.
- External Partner Coordination: Support evaluation of AI tool vendors and startups, scope pilots, and coordinate with partners.
- Department AI Strategy: Support each department in shaping its own AI strategy – wherever required, working with leaders to identify, qualify, and prioritize the most promising projects and sequence them by impact and feasibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: Around 3 years in AI enablement, consulting, product, transformation, or a similar role at the interface of business and technology, where you turned ideas into adoption.
- Self‑Starter: Identify gaps and fill them without needing a manual.
- AI‑Literate: Use Chat GPT, Claude Cowork, or Copilot daily and have hands‑on experience with at least one low‑code automation tool such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Dataleap.
- Communicator and Facilitator: Bring people together and have a track record of moderating workshops and creating educational content.
- Data‑Comfortable: Define and track KPIs and prove that AI interventions are actually working.
- Education: Successfully completed a degree in Business, Innovation Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English and German.
