Responsibilities
- Process Analysis: Conduct value stream analyses, streamline process flows, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Lean Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, production, and software teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Project Management: Initiate projects to reduce waste, improve inventory control, and optimize order processing lead times.
- Training & Workshops: Conduct sessions to promote lean principles and continuous improvement within teams.
- ERP Expertise: Act as a point of contact for ERP system queries and help foster a lean culture at EGYM.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Degree in technical or business studies, preferably with Supply Chain Management or Logistics focus, or equivalent training with lean or Six Sigma.
- ERP Experience: At least 5 years using ERP systems (e.g., SAP by Design, SAP S/4HANA) with understanding of supply chain operations.
- Planning Skills: Expertise in production planning, manufacturing control, and delivery scheduling within ERP systems (MRP).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical Thinking: Critical problem-solving skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.

- Tool Proficiency: Master core tools and processes, and build strong internal connections.
- Operational Readiness: Understand core processes and work independently post-onboarding.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify, prioritize, and begin implementing process improvements.
