EGYM Financial Services is growing fast and we want to lead that growth internationallly. We are looking for a Lead Financial Services International (m/f/d) in Munich to build our leasing & financing business across the UK, France and Spain. This is a builder's role with a commercial heart. Our EGYM technology business abroad is young and scaling fast, and Financial Services is one of the levers that will accelerate it. Your job is to get close to our sales teams and Country Heads, embed financing into the way they sell, and shift the conversation from one-off purchases to monthly rates. You have a good grounding in vendor finance, have led people before, and love winning business in the market? You don't wait for the phone to ring, you pick it up first? Then this role is for you!
Your daily workout
-
International Business: You own and grow our leasing & financing business across the UK, France and Spain and scale our volume. From strategy through deal structuring to contract closing and portfolio monitoring
-
Leadership: You lead and develop our international Financial Services team, set priorities, and step in hands-on where needed
-
Sales Driver: You work shoulder-to-shoulder with local sales teams and Country Heads to embed Financial Services into how they sell – developing the pitch together so that our technology is sold via monthly rates rather than one-off purchases, and helping convert more prospects into financed deals
-
Active Market Presence: You visit each of your key markets at least once per quarter, plus on-demand for key deals and events. You don't wait to be called; you reach out proactively for meeting sales teams, key customers, and partners on the ground
-
Bank & Partner Relationships: You nurture and deepen our relationships with international leasing banks and financial partners, and negotiate framework terms that let the business grow
-
Process & Scale: You design the workflows and structures that let this business scale internationally, and keep our data clean, current, and reliable
Your fitness level
-
Background: You bring several years of experience in vendor finance, leasing, or asset finance, with a good understanding of how sales-financing drives commercial growth
-
Leadership Experience: You have led a team before – whether a small unit or a growing function – and you're motivated by building and developing people, not only closing deals yourself
-
Commercial Track Record: You have hands-on experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role. You know how to build a pipeline, handle objections, and close deals
-
Market Network: You're comfortable across international markets and adapt your approach to different cultures and work styles. A network in the UK asset/vendor finance market is a big plus
-
Language Skills: Fluent, professional English is a must. French and/or Spanish are a strong plus
-
Mobility: You're happy to travel to your markets at least once per quarter, and energised by e.g. a two-day trip to London, Paris or Valencia
-
Communication & Credibility: You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether pitching a financing proposal to a studio owner in London or aligning with a Country Head in Munich
Your training goals for the first 6 months
-
Ownership: You've taken full ownership of your markets and your team, and set a clear plan to grow financing volume
-
Sales Integration: You've completed at least one in-market visit per key country and built trusted relationships with local sales managers and Country Heads, with Financial Services firmly on their agenda
-
Rate-Based Pitch: Together with Sales, you've developed and started rolling out a compelling monthly-rate financing pitch that measurably increases the share of financed deals
-
Partner relationships: You've deepened our existing banking and leasing partnerships across your markets and got new activity going with them, with the terms and processes needed to scale
-
Portfolio ownership: You've taken control of the international portfolio. Active contracts, open items and the pipeline are clean, monitored and reported
The equipment we provide
-
Modern & International: Be part of a modern and international company culture where talent and drive are heard, valued, and part of the decision-making process
-
Flexibility: Enjoy 30 days of vacation per year, flexible working hours, and a hybrid setup (up to 3 home office days per week) – balanced with meaningful time in the market
-
Continuous Development:
