Faced with the challenges of climate change and the transition to a decentralised energy system, EHG seeks to provide high performance and cost-effective fuel cell solutions to our clients and partners. /ppTo help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimise workflows, capacity and efficiency across our semi-automated production operations. /ppThis role requires full-time, on-site presence at our Nyon, Switzerland office. We're not able to offer remote or hybrid arrangements, so candidates should be prepared to relocate. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliAnalyse and optimise production workflows, layouts and material flow /liliPerform time studies, prepare Gantt charts, capacity planning and line balancing /liliDefine labour standards, staffing models and productivity metrics /liliLead Lean/continuous-improvement initiatives (ex. Kaizen, 5S, VSM) /liliSupport factory layout, ergonomics and workstation design /liliDevelop KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency and cost /liliCollaborate with manufacturing, quality and planning teams /li /ulh3Skills and Experience Required: /h3ulliBSc/MSc in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or systems engineering is mandatory /liliMinimum 4-5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment /liliStrong knowledge of Lean, time-and-motion studies and capacity planning /liliAnalytical and data-driven with strong Excel and data-analysis skills /liliExperience with ERP systems and factory layout tools /liliTeam player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts /liliExcellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus /li /ulpbStart date: Immediately /b /ppFind Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
