Asian Specialty Chef (m/f/d) 100%

You will be responsible for preparing a variety of Asian dishes for our training outlet, \“Umami,\“ as well as for our main restaurant, \“The Market,\“ and various events. Additionally, you will support practical training and oversee the operations of \“Umami\“ under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Your main tasks:

• Preparation of various Asian dishes
• Creation of innovative, new dishes
• Independent management of the training outlet \“Umami\“
• Mise en place for day-to-day business
• Daily cleaning of the satellite kitchen
• Insure the required hygiene standards according to our HACCP concept

Your profile:

• Further training with a specialist certificate is an advantage
• Experience in Asian cuisine (Sushi, Chinese, Thai)
• Several years of experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with young people
• Good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
