eigenblue – We're building the future of engineering. A future where engineers build intelligent systems that solve complex problems, and work alongside those systems to bring their solutions into the real world. We solve complex, multidisciplinary engineering problems by combining deep human expertise with AI systems we build ourselves. Our proprietary AI models generate system architectures across software, electronics, mechanics, and applied physics - and our engineers stay in the loop, not as supervisors but as the decisive factor to bring those architectures into the real world.
As a Junior Delivery Manager (m/f/d) - Intelligent Mobility, you work on innovative technology initiatives at the intersection of Industrial IoT, AI, and Automotive. You manage demanding development engagements hands-on and with growing responsibility – from agentic AI systems and modern in-vehicle UX concepts to embedded solutions for intelligent environment perception across the entire mobility sector (on- & off-highway). Together with leading industry partners you bring future technologies to the road.
Your Role
- Hands-on delivery management from start to finish: planning, structuring, and steering (agile) development work with a clear focus on output and stakeholder goals, writing user stories, estimating effort together with your teams, and tracking key performance indicators
- Analyzing ideas, challenges, and product landscapes together with our engineering teams and research, and translating them into concrete technical solutions (PoC, prototype, MVP) and product visions
- End-to-end controlling, including monitoring budgets, margins, and progress, handling invoicing, and keeping scope and pricing aligned throughout the engagement
- Validating ideas from rapid-cycle prototyping and testing to the transition into stable, real-world production systems
- Facilitating internal and external meetings (e.g. sprint reviews), motivating your teams, asking the right questions, and involving the relevant stakeholders in technical and product decisions
- Supporting go-to-market activities: contributing to building and maintaining long-lasting relationships and assisting in starting new engagements
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management and Technology, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Tech, or a comparable field
- First professional experience in end-to-end PM, e.g. via (extra-)curricular scholarships or student initiatives (Manage & More, CDTM, Digital Product School, TUfast, Think.Make.Start, AIESEC, Enactus, etc.), or hands-on engineering experience (automotive, industrial IoT, or embedded hardware/software) – plus the ambition to work closer to technology and deployment
- First experience in PM frameworks, including the methodical design of (agile) development processes, as well as testing, integration, and release processes, ideally in multi-stakeholder setups
- Active and efficient use of AI tools in the development process and in daily work, along with an interest in trying out new things
- Strong analytical and research skills, an independent, structured, and motivating way of working, and the ability to switch between an 80/20 mode and a careful, detail-oriented mindset as needed
- A confident and friendly manner when interacting with various stakeholders, and business fluency in both German and English
Your Package
- Salary Package based on your previous experience and qualifications, reviewed annually as part of our Performance and Progression process, along with an individual learning and development budget to support your growth
- Hybrid work setup giving you the flexibility to balance focus time with staying close to your stakeholders and colleagues, along with your choice of OS
- Everyday perks including subsidized lunch through our Foodji
- Access to mobility benefits such as the Deutschlandticket and JobRad
- Access to our Become1 benefits card and health benefits such as Wellpass and OpenUp
- Work hands-on with the newest technologies from day one, while shaping the future of engineering and gaining insights across a broad range of industries
- Regular team and company events: Our Christmas party, eigendays, and quarterly team buildings, plus an annual company offsite
eigenblue is colorful - We embrace and value equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity. Therefore, we welcome every application with pleasure!
