- You will work in a highly exclusive environment, assess strategic plans, conceptualize and implement M&A deals such as carve-outs, integrations and Joint Ventures as well as work on other challenging business transformations such as reorganizations and value creations for national and global corporate and private equity clients.
- Working shoulder to shoulder with our partners and directors, who will share their best-in-class buy- and sell-side M&A experience with you.
- From the start, you will take on an active role in our projects, building your skillset in a highly dynamic and challenging environment.
- You will be coached by a mentor supporting you with professional and personal advice.

YOUR PROFILE
- Motivated, proactive, reliable, and stress-resistant.
- Eager to take on responsibility and work independently.
- You are studying at a renowned university/business school with preferably a major in business administration, industrial engineering, information technology, or sciences.
- Previous internships or work experience in (transaction) advisory or in a comparable environment (e.g., M&A, Strategy, Business Development).
- Available for a term of at least 2 months.
- Fluent written and spoken English, advanced German language skills.
