You will join a highly innovative tech hub that drives the development of intuitive, customer‑centric digital experiences. In cross‑functional squads, you’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and data experts to build robust backend services for a seamless digital onboarding experience.

🔧 What You Will Do

• Build and maintain Kotlin & Spring Boot–based microservices
• Develop and expose REST APIs for internal and external consumers
• Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security standards
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and best engineering practices
• Stay current with modern technologies and introduce improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal architecture, code, and security guidelines
• Strong experience with Kotlin (at least 4/5 years) and Spring Boot
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Solid understanding of microservices and REST API design
• Experience working in agile environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
