Employee IT Service Desk (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Planning, installing and configuring IT end devices, systems and associated software
• Supporting and advising users by telephone and remote maintenance software
• Close cooperation with 2nd level support
• Monitoring and escalation of active tickets
• Analyzing and resolving user problems

Your Profile

• Completed IT training or comparable training in the IT environment
• Specialist knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Windows 10/11, Office365)
• Experience in general network administration helpful
• Good communication and teamwork skills as well as high customer and service orientation
• Good knowledge of German and English
