EIP is seeking a patent attorney with litigation experience to join our Dusseldorf office. The patent litigation practice is rapidly developing, and we are looking for talented professionals to meet increasing demands from existing and new clients.
As the first patent attorney litigator in our German office, you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to various cases and be part of an exciting development as EIP strengthens its position as a leading European patent litigation team.
About The Litigation Team
Formed in November 2011, our award-winning patent litigation team is highly successful and well-ranked. Our cross-border team, based in Germany and the UK, services clients across key European jurisdictions. Our team combines experienced patent litigators with a wide range of technical specialties, enabling detailed technical and legal case evaluations.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
You should be a qualified German and European patent attorney with experience in high-value, complex litigation matters. You should have 4-7 years of experience and a technical background in high-tech fields such as telecoms, software, or emerging technologies.
