The role

This role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, expanding brand presence across key channels, and driving player acquisition across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

The successful candidate will collaborate with regional leads, local creative agencies, content creators, and media partners to deliver gaming marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role involves building community engagement programs, coordinating influencer/creator partnerships, and optimizing local player touchpoints to cultivate brand loyalty.

Your Contribution

  • DACH Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and launch integrated gaming campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Discord, TikTok) to boost player acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Influencer & Creator Relations: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with local gaming influencers, content creators, and esports entities across the DACH market to amplify brand messaging and community outreach.
  • Localization & Brand Positioning: Adapt global gaming assets and product messaging for the DACH cultural context, ensuring high-impact localized content and brand alignment across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with media agencies, PR partners, and internal publishing/product teams to ensure execution of campaign assets and co-marketing promotions.
  • Player Analytics & Campaign Performance: Track and report on local marketing metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, player retention), leveraging data insights to optimize campaign strategies and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Community & CRM Management: Develop localized direct-to-player CRM initiatives, news updates, and community engagement programs to foster player loyalty and improve long-term player lifetime value (LTV).
  • Strategic Regional Alignment: Align local DACH go‑to‑market strategies with overarching global publishing goals and regional brand guidelines.

Your Qualifications and Skills

5–8 years of experience in marketing communication, brand management, or digital marketing, with direct exposure to the gaming or entertainment industry.

3–5 years of hands‑on experience executing marketing campaigns, influencer strategies, or community programs within the DACH region.

Deep understanding of the DACH gaming ecosystem, key regional media platforms, creator landscape, and local player habits.

Strong analytical skills with a track record of evaluating digital campaign metrics and optimizing gaming marketing funnels.

Proven experience managing relationships with external agencies, talent managers, and PR vendors.

Native or fluent German language skills with professional business English proficiency.

Creative problem‑solver with strong project management skills and the ability to navigate dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

High adaptability and a player‑centric mindset to prioritize workload effectively under tight deadlines.
