Therefore, we are currently looking for a Business Application Manager (m/f/x) for our head office in Haren (Ems) to further develop and expand our IT department and our team IT Application Management. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not a company like any other. Your Future Role

1. Documenting, analysing and solving support requests in 1st and 2nd level support for various company applications (CRM / DMS / other business applications)
2. Active involvement in knowledge management and solution management in our company\’s own knowledge database
3. Close cooperation with the respective application product owners in order to solve recurring support activities in a sustainable manner
4. Supporting colleagues from all divisions and clients, both nationally and internationally

What You Bring to the Team

1. Successfully completed technical or commercial training as an IT specialist (m/f/x), industrial clerk (m/f/x), completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
2. Relevant professional experience in IT support as an IT specialist or IT business application manager desirable
3. Professional experience in dealing with one or more business applications (CRM/DMS/other business applications)
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Team player and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
6. Proficient in written and spoken German and English
