Your study at ELA

You’ll be studying at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences on the Lingen campus. Theoretical and practical phases alternate in a block schedule, allowing you to apply your knowledge directly here with us.

During your practical phases, you’ll gain familiarity with various areas of the company and actively contribute to addressing technical and business challenges.

Among other things, you can expect:

• Collaboration on exciting projects in research and development
• Insights into design (CAD), production, and technical sales
• Analysis and optimization of technical and operational processes
• Collaboration in cross-functional project teams
• Development of sustainable technical solutions and efficient process

• A general or subject-specific high school diploma.
• An interest in technology, economic issues, and sustainable development.
• A passion for analyzing technical problems and developing solutions collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics and physics.

• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
