During your one-year internship at ELA, you’ll have the opportunity to put your knowledge and personal skills to good use in a variety of projects and tasks. During this time, you’ll be assigned to four different business departments based on your interests and abilities, giving you the chance to gain familiarity with many different areas of the company. For example, you’ll get to know our purchasing, sales, and accounting departments, gaining initial insights into the day-to-day operations of a commercial enterprise. The one-year internship is offered in cooperation with BBS Lingen and BBS Papenburg.

How You can apply

Information on the Application Process

If you apply for a one-year internship with us, you’ll receive a response from us via email within the same month you apply, or within four weeks at the latest. This response will let you know whether we’re inviting you to an initial in-person meeting.
This meeting usually takes the form of a one-on-one interview at our headquarters in Haren (Ems). There, you’ll also receive more detailed information about training at ELA.
