In our Operational Projects department, you will accompany technical construction projects from A to Z: you will coordinate the construction site, provide support with planning, calculate building services, oversee the awarding processes and also be the contact person for our customers during the warranty period - always with an eye on quality, deadlines and budget.You bring your own personal mix of experience, motivation and ideas - and that's exactly what we value. Then we look forward to getting to know you.Your Future RoleTechnical project management and site supervision of complex construction projectsEarly involvement from customer inquiry, including technical design and proposal preparationOverall responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution through to project handoverActing as an interface between internal departments, subcontractors, and external partnersParticipation in the planning phase, preparation of specifications, and procurement processesSupport during client meetings and project follow-up during the warranty periodEnsuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance throughout all project phasesWhat You Bring to the TeamA degree or advanced training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in a technical field, or comparable trainingSeveral years of professional experience in the planning and execution of projects in plant engineering or project management, as well as in-depth technical knowledge of the construction industryKnowledge of relevant DIN standardsProficiency in computer applications, particularly CAD, Windows programs, and Microsoft DynamicsAbility to work in a team, willingness to engage in interdisciplinary work, and willingness to travelWhat you can expect from us Once ELA, always ELA.
