Your Future Role

• Manage and develop the Sales Process & Systems team as a key interface between sales, IT, and other departments.
• Analyze sales processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Design, implement, and support process changes, including structured rollout management.
• Support and further develop ERP systems (e.g., Navision & SAP) to ensure efficient sales and support processes.
• Provide technical and conceptual support for system adaptations, including planning and delivering training and user support.
• Advise cross-divisional teams on best practices and contribute to company-wide knowledge transfer.

What You Bring to the Team

• Degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in sales, IT, or sales management roles such as process manager or sales analyst.
• Management experience in an IT or sales environment is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV, especially in sales process optimization.
• Proficiency in Navision, SAP, and Salesforce or similar systems.
• Technical understanding of ERP integration in operational processes and the ability to identify improvements.
• Business fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
