Responsibilities

• Business Transformation & Value Creation
  • Define transformation priorities and strategic objectives together with executive stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business performance through AI, automation, and new ways of working.
  • Analyze business processes, operating models, and organizational structures to uncover improvement potential.
  • Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps aligned with measurable outcomes.
• Support clients in understanding where AI creates the greatest business value.
• Translate AI capabilities into concrete business initiatives and transformation programs.
• Assess and prioritize opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and organizational maturity.
• Guide clients in balancing innovation, experimentation, and scalable execution.
• Lead complex transformation programs from strategy and implementation through to embedding.
• Set up governance structures, project plans, steering committees, and decision-making bodies.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and leadership levels.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and drive execution forward with rigor.
• Change leadership & adoption
  • Lead organizational change initiatives that enable the successful adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, leadership formats, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build engagement and alignment across all stakeholder levels within the organization.
  • Support the entire transformation journey as a trusted advisor and change leader.
• Value creation & performance management
  • Define success criteria and value-realization frameworks for transformation initiatives.
  • Track and communicate progress against business objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure initiatives remain consistently focused on measurable results and sustainable impact.
  • Support clients in building long-term capabilities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Profile

Does this sound like you?

• Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital/ tech transformation, or related fields.
  • Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Experience working closely with senior executives and leadership teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link transformation initiatives to business outcomes.
• Business & AI expertise
  • In-depth understanding of how AI, automation, and new technologies create business value.
  • Ability to identify practical AI use cases across business processes, operations, and customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as GenAI, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex issues and translate ambiguity into concrete action plans.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and creating alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience in developing client relationships and generating new business.
