In your role as Team Lead Account Management, you take on the operational leadership and coordination of the account team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You serve as a central coordination interface between clients, production planning, IT, and purchasing, making a key contribution to the successful execution of client projects and technical integrations.
Your Tasks
- Operational Team Leadership: Operational leadership and functional support of the Account Management team
- Customer Service: Account management for existing clients in day-to-day operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Interface Coordination: Coordination of client integrations via API interface in collaboration with production, purchasing, and IT
- Project Management: Operational management of client- and team-related projects
- Process Handling: Ensuring smooth process and order fulfillment from data entry through to shipping
- Data Analysis: Collection and analysis of performance data to optimize day-to-day operational workflows
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring of deadlines, quality standards, and order KPIs
- Process Design: Participation in the further development of internal processes, workflows, and system structures

- Professional Experience: Experience in account management, ideally within the printing industry
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of production steps from printing through to post-press finishing is an advantage
