Overview
As a Customer Architect, you act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, driving adoption and expansion of Elastic solutions. You will align technical delivery with customers’ business goals, design Technical Success Plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value realization and ARR growth. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic account stewardship, with a focus on onboarding, optimizing consumption, and removing friction. You’ll work onsite with customers, shape success milestones, and help scale Elastic’s impact across the portfolio.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support
- Define and communicate the Technical Success Plan for each customer
- Guide onboarding to adoption and drive continuous consumption of Elastic solutions
- Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align with customer goals
- Identify and remove technical frictions to accelerate adoption
- Liaise with support to optimize issue resolution and customer experience
- Act as a hands-on technical authority with the Service Team to deliver tailored solutions
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions
- Identify expansion opportunities to grow ARR and manage post-sale engagement
- Foster ongoing customer relationships to increase usage and value
- Review and recommend upgrades to maximize value and consumption
- Travel and onsite presence with customers as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
- Experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer role
- Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies
- Experience with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and track record of delivering innovative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
