Overview In this role you will shape the next generation of Elasticsearch core search capabilities, leading cross-team efforts on indexing, retrieval, and relevance. You’ll apply deep search internals expertise to drive a scalable, high-performance foundation and align with product partners on a long-term technical vision. You work autonomously to design and implement critical components, contributing to a globally distributed, collaborative culture.
