Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage Global Regulatory Approvals : You will oversee the worldwide approval process for our RFID readers, ensuring that new products and renewals meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
• Prepare Approval Documentation and Samples : You will be responsible for compiling and providing approval-relevant documentation and product samples to certification bodies.
• Coordinate Internal and External Approval Processes : You will act as the key interface, planning test dates, commissioning laboratories and authorities, and coordinating with relevant certification bodies.
• Advise and Align with Key Stakeholders : You will work closely with development, product management, and sales teams, providing guidance on regulatory requirements and ensuring alignment across all functions.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management : You will proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to regulatory processes, ensuring the timely release of compliant products.
• Monitor and Interpret Industry Standards : You will stay up to date with relevant regulatory standards and specifications, evaluating innovations and communicating necessary changes to internal teams.
• Support Product Documentation and Labeling : You will help ensure product names, labels, and technical documentation meet all regulatory requirements and assist in creating data sheets, manuals, and operating instructions.

Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in Regulatory Standards : You have in-depth knowledge of relevant standards for ELATEC product lines, including but not limited to FCC Part 15, CE, RED, IC, UL, and ULC.
• Application of Certification Standards : You are experienced in applying regulatory requirements to ensure proper certification and compliance for electronic and RF technology products.
• RF Testing Methods : You understand RF testing methodologies and how they relate to RF reader products, ensuring compliance with international certification requirements.
• International Regulatory Knowledge : You are well-versed in approval procedures and standards across various markets, including the USA, Europe, Canada, and Asia, and can apply this knowledge effectively.
• Project Management in Certifications : You have successfully led complex, international projects related to approvals and certifications, utilizing modern project management tools.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : You quickly grasp, evaluate, and translate technical and regulatory contexts into actionable steps while maintaining a structured approach.
• Excellent Communication and Cultural Competence : You are confident in working with authorities, certification bodies, and interdisciplinary teams. Your intercultural competence enables you to navigate international collaborations effectively, including early-morning or late-evening coordination meetings. You are fluent in English and German.
