ELCA Advisory is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen its team.
Your role:
You support our customers in the implementation of their digitalisation strategies and IT projects: You understand the customer needs in order to conceptualise and design the most efficient solution
You solve our clients' challenges through a structured approach, identify project risks and effectively communicate proposed remedies; you engage with our clients and their stakeholders to clarify issues, identify problems, define measures and make recommendations
You conduct workshops with our clients to guide them through the various phases of the project
You lead the entire lifecycle from business need to analysis to solution design in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
You prioritise the requirements of the various stakeholders
You identify, elicit, analyse and document business requirements in the form of user stories that can be developed using agile methodology. Typically, your field of activity is at the interface between the customer and the various experts (subject matter experts, development team, etc.).
You lead system tests
You contribute to project management and administration

Your profile:
University degree in IT, business administration or equivalent professional experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis or management consulting (ideally in a service company)
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, proven success in dealing with stakeholders and experts
Robust communication and persuasion skills are a must in order to respond to RFPs and marketing initiatives in German and English
Proactivity, strong ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Excellent analytical skills
Entrepreneurial approach, high motivation to take IT solutions from idea to successful implementation
Strong interest in strategic consulting (data or IT governance, digital strategy, IT management, audit and assessments)
As a plus:
Certifications: IREB, HERMES, CSPO, ISTQB or IPMA.
Experience with data modelling, BPM
Experience in one of the following industries: Energy, Construction, Healthcare or Public Administration.
