To complete the kitchen team of an establishment in the Canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
Head Chef at 100%

Your mission:
- Participate in the production of hot & cold cuisine, as well as meal distribution. - Lead the kitchen team and organise work to ensure smooth and rapid production. - Be responsible for customer satisfaction and the quality of prepared dishes, maintaining high standards. - Manage orders in accordance with internal guidelines and ensure optimal stock levels to meet needs. - Ensure strict compliance with hygiene rules according to current HACCP standards, thus guaranteeing food safety for guests. - Preparation for events and collaboration with dietitians. - Ensure cleanliness of utensils, kitchen premises and annexes, in accordance with established protocols. - Supervise, train and support your team on a daily basis.
Your profile:
- You have proven experience in traditional and collective catering. - You have a true team spirit, constant motivation and a strong taste for challenges. - Creative and innovative, you offer gourmet and original culinary services to energise the offer. - Proactive, rigorous and with excellent organisational skills. - Fluency in French is required. - Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a cook or equivalent qualification required.
