Your role: Your mission is to provide support on issues of food safety, occupational safety, quality, and sustainability.
Very present in the field, within the perimeter of French-speaking Switzerland, you thus contribute to performance, compliance with company standards, and the continuous improvement of the company and its management systems.
You collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams, building a strong relationship of trust.
You monitor indicators and develop action plans.
Within a team of 12 people, you build HQSE approaches and ensure their deployment.
You carry out internal audits and have the ability to manage projects.
You are responsible for the OHS system for health and safety at work.
Benefiting from a federal OHS specialist certificate, in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, you steer the entire process and maintain ISO certifications.
Your profile: To fully thrive in this mission, you possess good knowledge of the catering or agri-food sector, you master food microbiology, HACCP standards, legislation in terms of food safety, and ISO standards.
You have experience related to the position.
You ideally have experience as an auditor in the catering or agri-food sector.
You are rigorous and conscientious.
Capable of working with a great deal of autonomy, you are also a good communicator.
The position reports directly to the Quality and Sustainability Department Management.
