As bProject Manager /b you are capable of following and coordinating from A to Z the development and implementation of our Electra ultra‑fast charging stations. Reporting directly to the Head of Roll Out, you will work closely with our customer portfolio and our operations team to successfully implement our stations ensuring quality and speed. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3ulliOrganize and deliver the entire installation of an Electra charging station in collaboration with OPS team. /liliAssess EV charging deployment concept and feasibility together with the DEV team and architects. /liliPlan the various project milestones, mobilize and coordinate our installation partners, etc. /liliManage several projects at the same time: define the scope of action of each partner including budget, resources, risks and main deliverables. /liliCoordinate the various parties involved: landowner, client, DSOs, engineering offices, installation partners, local authorities and more. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliYou have an electrical knowledge/experience/academical background, or very similar (such as mechanical engineering, construction, civil engineering). /liliYou are reactive, able to make decisions quickly and oriented towards finding solutions in a rapidly changing environment. /liliYou have excellent oral and written communication skills and you know how to handle different stakeholders around the same project. /liliYou learn and adapt quickly. /liliYou have an analytical, problem‑solving mind. /liliYou are good at multitasking and you keep a global vision of the projects you manage. /liliYou have a desire to develop and learn in a fast‑growing start‑up. /liliYou speak Swiss German and English fluently.
