Overview As a working student, you will be an integral part of our global Talent Management team, supporting us at the intersection of Talent Management and Total Rewards. You will collaborate with colleagues across different countries, prepare content for various target groups, and actively contribute to our work – operationally, analytically, and conceptually. We are specifically looking for someone who thinks along, challenges the status quo, and proactively wants to be part of an international team. Responsibilities Create and further develop PowerPoint presentations (e.g. for management meetings, international HR formats, Talent and Total Rewards topics). Support Excel-based analyses and calculations (e.g. evaluations, basic calculations, and models related to Talent and Total Rewards). Contribute to global Talent Management and Total Rewards initiatives (e.g. preparing decision materials, visualizing concepts and ideas). Bring in AI-driven ideas and digital approaches (e.g. using AI to structure, analyze, or visualize HR content). Independently take ownership of smaller projects and work packages. Proactively support the team, with a focus on quality, structure, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. Very good PowerPoint skills and a strong sense for storytelling and clear visualizations. Good Excel skills, confident working with formulas, tables, and data analysis. Strong interest in Talent Management and Total Rewards and strategic HR topics. Fluent English is a must – English is our working language (German is a plus, but not required). Interest in and openness to AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar); first hands-on experience is an advantage. A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to think holistically and contribute ideas. Structured, reliable working style and enthusiasm for working in a global environment. Look forward to Hands-on insights into global Talent Management and Total Rewards. Collaboration within an international, supportive, and appreciative HR team. Remote work options and flexible working hours, compatible with your studies (Working hours: 18h/week during the semester and option for increased hours during semester breaks). Space for own ideas, new ways of thinking, and AI experimentation. An environment where ownership, quality, and personal development are truly valued. At Elektrobit, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people feel respected, valued, and empowered to do their best work. We welcome applications of all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and people with severe disabilities. What matters most is your passion, your skills, and your potential to grow with us. Contact us Apply quickly and easily via our job portal, where you can also import your resume data automatically.
