About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance to our authorized service centers and contact centers. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, creating technical manuals and video tutorials, monitoring product return requests, warranty claims, and customer complaints, and providing second-level technical support to ensure high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical support and training for service partners
- Monitor and analyze product issues and customer feedback
- Provide expert technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Audit service centers for quality compliance
- Organize on-site visits and gather technical feedback
Candidate Requirements
- Secondary education in a technical or electronics-related field
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in servicing and repairing consumer electronics
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, proactive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
