Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Test Engineering / Test Department (m/f/d) to lead and further develop our electronics testing operations in Ulm.
Main activities:
- Manage and optimize electronic testing processes.
- Define and improve test strategies and test coverage.
- Support AOI and Flying Probe.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and DFT.
- Manage technical aspects of RMA and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality and Engineering.
- Perform and coordinate troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
Requirements:
- Technical vocational qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.
- Ideally, an advanced qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering/Electronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing, electronic testing or a comparable technical environment.
Preferential requisites:
- Experience in the sector.
- Head of department.
Employment type:
- Full-time.
Pay range and compensation package
- Permanent contract, gross annual salary (RAL) € 60.000 – € 70.000.
