As the Director of the Quality department, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping the Quality organization for the newly founded business, setting ambitious objectives and driving success. - Lead and inspire by taking charge of a talented Quality team fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and innovation throughout the organization.
- Define the Vision, establish and implement a forward-thinking Quality vision aligned with the organisation’s goals, ensuring it becomes a cornerstone of the company culture and strategy.
- Lead the transformation towards an independent, scalable QMS, ensuring compliance with industry-leading standards (EU MDR, MDSAP, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820).
- Define and implement cutting-edge Quality tools and data strategies to enhance compliance and scalability, positioning the business as a leader in the market.
- Collaborate for growth by partnering with cross-functional teams to support business expansion, and elevate organizational knowledge through regulatory and quality training programs that enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Own Quality Leadership and serve as the Quality Management Representative, overseeing critical processes such as Quality planning, audits, CAPA, change & document management, and QMS training.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Quality Management experience in the medical device industry.
- Business mindset with the ability to define and implement strategy in a hands-on way.
- Eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
