Marketingassistenz (m/f/d)

Was Du tun wirst

• Du unterstützt unsere Marketingdirektorin bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung aller Marketingmaßnahmen – sowohl online als auch offline.
• Du pflegst unsere Website, erstellst und versendest unseren Newsletter und wirkst aktiv an der Content-Erstellung und Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle mit.
• Du gestaltest Layouts für Marketingmaterialien und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Designs konsistent und ansprechend sind.
• Du koordinierst internationale Veranstaltungen, übernimmst Buchungen und Logistik und stellst sicher, dass jederzeit ausreichend Werbematerialien verfügbar sind.
• Auf Messen bist Du persönlich vor Ort und sorgst für einen professionellen und erfolgreichen Auftritt unseres Messestandes.
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams, externen Dienstleistern und Partnern zusammen und hältst alle Fäden in der Hand.
• Du pflegst und aktualisierst interne Dokumente und Vorlagen, damit wir stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind.

Was Du mitbringst

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Marketingkommunikation, Grafik- oder Mediendesign oder in einem kaufmännischen Beruf mit Marketing-Erfahrung – alternativ ein Bachelorstudium mit Marketing- oder Kommunikationsschwerpunkt. Auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit relevanter Erfahrung sind herzlich willkommen!
• Du interessierst Dich für wissenschaftliche und technische Themen und hast keine Scheu, Dich in komplexe Inhalte der Biotechnologie einzuarbeiten.
• Idealerweise bist Du bereits mit B2B-Marketing und Event-Management vertraut.
• Du bist digitalaffin und arbeitest sicher mit MS Office sowie idealerweise mit Systemen und Tools aus den Bereichen CMS, CRM bzw. E-Mail-Marketing.
• Mit Deinem Organisationstalent und Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst Du auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Design, Content und aktuelle B2B-Marketingtrends und setzt Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sicher in Kommunikation und Textarbeit ein.

Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)

What you will do

• You will support our marketing director in the planning, implementation and optimisation of all marketing activities – both online and offline.
• You will maintain our website, create and send our newsletter and actively participate in content creation and maintenance of our social media channels.
• You will design layouts for marketing materials and ensure that our designs are consistent and appealing.
• You coordinate international events, take care of bookings and logistics, and ensure that sufficient promotion materials are available at all times.
• You will be on hand in person at conferences and business fairs to ensure that our stand makes a professional and successful impression.
• You will work closely with internal teams, external service providers and partners, keeping everything on track.
• You maintain and update internal documents and templates so that we are always up to date.

What you bring

• You have a completed education in marketing communication, graphic or media design or in a commercial profession with marketing experience – alternatively a bachelor’s degree with a focus on marketing or communication. Career changers (m/f/d) with relevant experience are also very welcome!
• You are interested in scientific and technical topics and are not afraid to familiarise yourself with complex biotechnology content.
• Ideally, you are already familiar with B2B marketing and event management.
• You are digitally savvy and work confidently with MS Office and ideally with systems and tools in the areas of CMS, CRM and email marketing.
• With your organisational talent and structured way of working, you can keep track of multiple projects.
• You have a good sense of design, content and current B2B marketing trends and are able to confidently apply your knowledge of German and English to communication and text work.
