For our boutique at Ingolstadt Village, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to lead the store team and drive business performance while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Role Purpose
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the boutique, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational excellence and the highest standards of customer service.
The role combines strong commercial leadership with hands‑on people management, client development and day‑to‑day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive the achievement of store sales targets and key commercial KPIs.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions when required.
- Analyse sales results, conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction and individual performance.
- Develop action plans to improve store productivity and profitability.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and actively contribute to sales when needed.
Client Experience & CRM
- Ensure a consistently high level of luxury customer service in line with Eleventy standards.
- Develop long‑term relationships with local and international clients.
- Promote clienteling activities and proactively grow the store’s customer database.
- Ensure effective follow‑up with clients and encourage repeat business.
- Handle complex or sensitive customer situations professionally.
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team, creating a positive, professional and performance‑driven environment.
- Set clear individual and team objectives and regularly monitor performance.
- Coach team members on selling techniques, product knowledge, clienteling and service standards.
- Organise team schedules in line with business needs and store traffic.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees in cooperation with HR and Retail Management.
- Provide regular feedback and manage performance issues when necessary.
Store Operations
- Ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the boutique.
- Guarantee compliance with company procedures, internal policies and local regulations.
- Oversee stock management, deliveries, transfers, inventories and stock accuracy.
- Ensure cash handling and administrative procedures are correctly followed.
- Monitor store supplies and operational requirements.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are properly completed.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Image
- Ensure that the store always reflects Eleventy’s brand identity and visual standards.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, store appearance and overall customer environment.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines in cooperation with the Retail and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Ensure that products are correctly displayed, replenished and maintained.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular updates on store performance, team matters and business opportunities.
- Share relevant market, competitor and customer insights with Retail Management.
- Work closely with HR, Retail, Operations and other corporate functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of attendance, payroll inputs and other store‑related information.
Profile
- Previous experience as Store Manager within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and people‑management skills.
- Strong focus on customer experience and client development.
- Hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented approach.
- Excellent organisational and operational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and dynamic environment.
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
