Eli Lilly is a leading pharmaceutical developer focusing on innovative solutions, including Hematology.
In this field sales role as a ‘Therapeutic Advisor Hematology’, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring our products are prescribed to the right patients within the North Netherlands region. Key targets include hematologists and nurse specialists. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in your region (Medical, Marketing, and Market Access) to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:
- Account strategy, operational planning, client interactions, and projects;
- Organizing meetings, following up on activities, and building long-term client relationships;
- Working independently with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to develop and manage projects from start to finish, tracking results;
- Staying informed about developments in hematology, ongoing studies, and challenges faced by doctors, nurses, and patients. Leading the development and implementation of solutions with colleagues;
- Participating in and possibly organizing scientific events in your region and attending national/regional congresses;
- Discussing which patients benefit most from our medicines, providing accurate information, and collaborating with accounts and healthcare providers to improve patient care;
- Handling this sales role independently, representing Lilly with pride, demonstrating ownership, strong learning skills, curiosity, and creativity in solving issues like access challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Experience and a network within Dutch hematology are essential
- Experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical company is a plus
- Residing in North Netherlands
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Possession of a B driver’s license
- Patient-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and relationship-building abilities
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently without losing sight of team interests
- Interest in translating science into meaningful clinical solutions for clients
- Entrepreneurial optimism, seeing opportunities everywhere
- Integrity and adherence to Lilly SOPs and Dutch laws
