Group Product Manager, Financials (Fully Remote)

• Develop and drive a product strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify innovation areas in legal tech.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define success metrics and ensure alignment.

Product Execution:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring they deliver value and meet quality standards.
• Drive operational rigor through structured roadmaps, OKRs, and decision-making frameworks.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess product success, adoption, and revenue impact.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Provide coaching and feedback to help PMs grow and foster a psychologically safe environment.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.

Customer Focus:

• Obsess over customer needs using data and direct feedback to shape product direction.
• Ensure teams solve real customer problems rather than chasing features.
• Maintain strong business acumen to understand product decisions' impact on revenue and scalability.
