In this role, you will:
Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and challenge business requirements for analytics solutions.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and scalable end-to-end solution designs.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
Support multiple analytics initiatives by identifying business priorities and helping shape the analytics roadmap.
Coordinate testing, business validation and successful deployment of new analytics capabilities.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing analytics solutions and processes.
Act as the key interface between business and technology, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving collaboration.
Stay up to date with modern analytics technologies and best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience
as a Business Analyst in
Data & Analytics , Business Intelligence or a similar domain.
Strong understanding of data, analytics and reporting, with the ability to design end-to-end business solutions.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Dynamic, hands‑on and proactive personality with a strong ownership mindset.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Requirements
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple parallel initiatives.
