Fullstack Engineer (all genders)

Your tasks

At ellamind, we are developing a groundbreaking platform that enables companies to improve AI applications faster and use them more efficiently to automate their processes. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our innovative solution.
Your tasks will include:

• Developing scalable front-end and back-end components that seamlessly integrate our AI models into user-friendly applications. We are currently using Django Ninja (FastAPI-style API endpoints) for our Backend and Next.JS for our Frontend.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of the user interface to ensure intuitive operation of our AI tools.
• Implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization, to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of our platform.
• Continuously improving the code base through code reviews, refactoring, and implementation of best practices.
• Automating development tasks using various AI tools to increase the efficiency and quality of our development process.
• Exploring innovative ways to integrate AI into the entire software development process to set new standards in the industry.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science, software development, or a related field, and/or can show comparable skills through personal projects or professional experience. Most important for us is demonstrated excellence throughout your career and projects!
• You have a sound knowledge of Python and/or JS/TS.
• You have experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.JS or similar) and backend technologies (e.g., Django, FastAPI).
• You are familiar with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• You are enthusiastic about AI and its possible applications in software development and you are a real problem solver.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least B2).
• You are willing to work at least 2-3 days/week on site in our Bremen office (with the prospect of switching to a remote model in the long term).
• You have an EU work permit.
