You will lead complex engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will manage customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and external partners while driving cross‑functional collaboration across engineering (electrical, mechanical, software, and mechatronics), production, quality, procurement, product management, and senior leadership. You will proactively manage risks, opportunities, changes, and project dependencies, providing clear structure, transparency, and disciplined execution throughout the project lifecycle. With a solid technical understanding, you will facilitate critical discussions, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision‑making while fostering a high‑performing team culture. Qualifications University degree (ETH/TU/FH/University) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar) 5+ years of project management experience in complex technical or industrial development environments Technical background in electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, embedded systems, or comparable domains Ability to lead technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions across interdisciplinary teams Experience coordinating stakeholders across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and product management Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, issue management, and change processes Ability to prepare decision‑ready analyses, status reports, and steering documents for senior leadership PMP, IPMA Level C or higher, or comparable project management certification is preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Fluent in English; German and additional languages are an asset.
