You will work across the full product lifecycle: from architecture and interface design through to integration and on-site testing. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop software for complex distributed systems in modern C++ /li liBuild and extend training and test applications used across the product lifecycle /li liDevelop user interfaces with Qt/QML, working closely with UX/UI designers (Figma) /li liCreate software designs and document architecture using UML /li liWrite and maintain unit tests to ensure robust, reliable code /li liGet up to speed quickly in existing legacy codebases and help modernise them /li liCollaborate within agile teams of 10 developers, sharing ownership of technical decisions /li liSupport deployments, integration and testing on site, including occasional international assignments /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (ETH, FH, or equivalent) /li liStrong object-oriented C++ skills, with experience outside the embedded domain (desktop, application, or system level) /li liAt least basic Qt/QML knowledge /li liHands-on experience with Git, Visual Studio, UML/software design, and unit testing /li liExperience working with UX/UI teams or Figma is a plus /li liFast learner, comfortable with complex software systems and legacy code; autonomous and solution-oriented /li liFluent English (written and spoken) and German nedded /li liWilling to travel occasionally, including international assignments /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPart of the ELLEON Collective: a selective network of engineers solving the most exciting challenges /li liLearning Development: access to certified leadership negotiation coaching /li liWomen in Engineering and Family Friendly Initiatives - flexible career models diversity support /li liContinuous learning: dedicated budget for certifications professional development /li liWell-being Benefits: competitive salary, pension, wellness allowance, and more /li /ul pWe review applications continuously.
