Your mission

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable transportation through strategic partnerships in the EV charging domain. As a Partner Manager within our dynamic interdisciplinary Mobility Service Provider (MSP) team, your mission will be to work together with our charging network partners to deliver the best charging experience for our users.

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage relationships with our Charge Point Operator (CPO) partners, focusing on commercial and technical improvements, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Set up and (re-)negotiate cooperation and pricing agreements with our CPO partners.
  3. Monitor partner performance against established KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
  4. Lead network expansion within your geographical domain and onboarding of new partners to it.
  5. Create and implement market strategies for your geographical domain, taking into account market conditions and competition analysis.
  6. Work with our product, operations, customer care and marketing teams to deliver new initiatives, increasing user experience in the public charging domain.
  7. Validate partner invoices for accuracy and adherence to contractual terms, ensuring troubleshooting of discrepancies.
  8. Contribute to department’s strategy development.

Your profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Further languages (e.g. German, Spanish, French) is a plus.
  3. 2-5 years of proven experience in partner management, sales, or project management, preferably in the EV charging or e-mobility industry.
  4. A proven track of successfully establishing and managing complex partnerships and driving growth through collaborative initiatives.
  5. Advanced negotiations and influencing skills, together with deep understanding of financial metrics, data analytics and contract management.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and business value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Strong project management skills and ability to structure multiple work streams.
  8. Strategic thinking with a proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  9. Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
