Your mission

  1. Single point of contact for international key accounts in terms of Customer Success.
  2. Management and Aftersales („one face to the customer“).
  3. Implementation and steering of customer and country specific aftersales concepts targeting continuous improvements between the companies.
  4. Securing quality in daily performance by implementing and tracking specific KPIs and SLAs – (Customer Success).
  5. Identifying additional revenue streams offering aftersales products and driving of spare part and service product sales for existing customers.

Your profile

  1. University degree in economics/technical engineering or comparable professional education.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management or professional experience.
  3. More than 10 years in comparable roles in a global service organization working in interaction with customer care, logistics & supply chain, field service, technical development, quality and sales departments.
  4. Significant knowledge regarding rollout and steering of products and services, especially in markets like energy, automotive, hardware/software or telecommunications.
  5. Excellent command of English and ideally other European languages for conducting negotiations; German is a plus.
  6. Strong ability to manage complex international customers in Aftersales and balance both external and internal stakeholder demands.
  7. Stress resistant and solution-oriented personality considering challenges as motivation.
  8. Outstanding communication skills, empathy and intercultural competences.
