Staff Digital Product Manager (all genders)

As part of the Volkswagen Group, we will be the first provider on the market to offer drivers and fleet managers of electric vehicles a seamless and holistic charging and energy experience. We focus on developing smart, user-friendly software solutions that enhance the EV charging experience. Our products range from mobile apps for charging management to advanced platforms for businesses, all designed to integrate seamlessly with the Volkswagen Group\’s ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Program Lead at Staff Product Management level to oversee a key digital transformation initiative: the product and technology stack transition for Elli Mobility, our new mobility venture. You have a Bachelor\’s / Master´s degree in business administration or technical studies or an equivalent combination of experience and education You have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product management, with at least one year in a product leadership role, in a digital or tech-focused organization, preferably in the energy, mobility or automotive sector You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and cross-functional teams You are fluent in written and spoken German and English This is something we value deeply and we encourage everyone to come be a part of the transition towards electrified private mobility.
